Press BOTH buttons SIMULTANIOUSLY to the right or the left.

Disassemble the top and check if there are any loose joints in the sockets and if the sockets are correctly connected. |

If your table still does not work the transformer has a defect. You can order it by product support. We need the following information:

|
| - Invoice no. and date of purchase |
|
|
- Production code on your table (placed at the top on the backside of the column)
