One of the major cornerstones in ConSet is the attitude all employees have and conduct themselves by in their daily work.
People are born with or without attitude, whereas skills can be learned and improved. That is why we focus on attitude when recruiting new employees.
On all our notice boards we have Attitude.pdf, to remind us to use our attitudes in our daily work.
